V8Thunder is pleased to announce the schedule for the 2025 Season as follows:

Monday Nights: rFactor2 Series:
Mondays will return for rFactor2 action, full details will be posted Here


Wednesday Nights: NR2003 Trophy Series:
Our traditional spot for the Trophy, and year long Cup Series will remain on Wednesday evenings, again following the NASCAR schedule with one or two exceptions where tracks necessitate using the FCRD NCS22 mod once again. As per previous years, each event will be a single race 50% of the real race, with real weather (where applicable) starting on 19th February 2025 at Daytona International Speedway, as per a few years ago, some adjustments to the schedule will take place in the Summer to facilitate a break between the Summer and Autumn Series. The Series will run during Spring, Summer and Autumn Series with full post race analysis with the addition of the full length yearly Cup Series running alongside as well.

2025 Rule Changes:

* We will use the NASCAR Choose Rule for restarts, a full explanation is here, this does NOT apply to the initial race start.

* Penalty Points will be deducted from both Trophy and the year long Cup standings (as a pro-rata percentage details to be confirmed).

* The clean race credits will return at 10 Points per clean race for the Trophy Series only, (clean race credits will NOT be applied to the Cup Series).

The rules will be updated to reflect this in due course.


Friday Nights: NR2003 Truck Series:
Trucks will return to it's Friday night slot for Spring 2025, like previous years the schedule will be picked by the drivers, each event will be double headers starting on 21st February 2025 at Daytona International Speedway using the PWF CTS mod once again.

The series will not run during the Summer and a decision will be made about Autumn closer to the time.

There will not be a specific Charter system this year however if you'd like to donate to the cost of the race server please send a PM to Bruce and/or if you'd like to help with the website costs please contact Ian-S. Any donations will be greatly appreciated.
